Alchemia is one of those rare clubs where as soon as you enter its archaic doors time manages to stand still. Located in the heart of Krakow's Jewish Quarter, Alchemia is the crossroads for most of the city's cultural happenings. While it is difficult to describe exactly what Alchemia is, it is even harder to say what it isn't. It is a cafe, bar, gallery, night club, music venue, cinematheque, and depending on the time of day and day of the week, it is often all of these things at the same time.

They are a new Eclectro Rock Band that has just arrived on the Krakow Music scene and are already making a name for themselves. Their synth driven guitar beats and avant rock experiments form a sound that is wholly new yet strangely old. Look out for their forthcoming debut EP, website and tour around Central Europe.

New Century Classics was formed in May 2006 in Krakow by a group of friends and refugees from various parts of the world, centered around a mutual love of good music and the desire to fill their time and their hands with as many instruments as possible. Their influences are broad and diverse but their sound is instrumental, anthemic, and meticulously crafted post-rock of the highest order.
